Terms of Sale — Seasons of Gifting

These terms apply when you buy from Seasons of Gifting at seasonsofgifting.shop. By buying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@seasonsofgifting.shop before you buy — we’re happy to help.

1. What you’re buying

“24 Days of Cozy Christmas” is a digital product — a set of print-ready PDF files for a screen-free advent activity countdown for ages 3–5 and 6–10. It comes in two tiers:

• Core — 130 pieces · 16 PDF files.
• Deluxe — everything in Core, plus the Gift-Giver Pack and an editable name template · 138 pieces · 20 PDF files.

Every file is provided in US Letter and A4, in colour and ink-saving black-and-white.

No physical item will be shipped. Nothing arrives by post. You download the files and print them at home (or at a print shop, for your own family’s use).

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). At the time of writing: Core $11.99 (list price $16.99) and Deluxe $14.99 (list price $19.99). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices for future buyers at any time; a change never affects an order you’ve already placed.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is instant: straight after checkout, your download is available on the confirmation screen, and the download links are also emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
• Please check your email address carefully at checkout — a typo is the most common reason a delivery email doesn’t arrive. If your links don’t show up, check your spam/junk folder, then email support@seasonsofgifting.shop and we’ll sort it out.
• You’ll need a way to open PDF files (any modern phone, tablet, or computer can) and a printer if you want the full print-at-home experience.

4. If a file won’t open or print

If any file won’t download, open, or print properly, email us at support@seasonsofgifting.shop and we’ll send you a corrected copy. That commitment is part of what you pay for.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because every product is delivered instantly as a digital download, we don’t offer refunds or returns — please check the “What’s inside” list on the product page before buying to be sure it’s what you’re after.

What we do promise: if a file won’t open, is corrupted, or won’t print properly, email us at support@seasonsofgifting.shop and we’ll fix it or send you a corrected copy — that’s on us, every time (see §4).

One exception: if a technical error on our side means you were charged twice, or you paid and your delivery never arrived and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund that charge.

6. Your licence — how you may use the files

Your purchase gives you a personal, single-household licence:

You may:

• Download and store the files for your own household.
• Print them as many times as your own family needs — including re-printing a favourite card or printing both age bands for siblings.
• If you bought Deluxe to give as a gift: print the gift envelope and voucher, and pass the download to the one family you’re giving it to, as the instruction card describes.

You may not:

• Share, forward, or give away the files or download links beyond the single gift above.
• Resell the files or printed copies, or offer them as part of anything you sell.
• Upload the files anywhere public, or to a shared drive, group, or library.
• Use the files or artwork for commercial purposes.

In short: print for your own family’s use; please don’t redistribute the files.

7. Intellectual property

The text, artwork, and design of “24 Days of Cozy Christmas” belong to Seasons of Gifting (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright. Buying the product gives you the licence in §6 — it does not transfer ownership of the content itself.

8. Activities and grown-ups

The activities are designed for families to do together. Some cards involve food, ovens, scissors, or small items; those cards carry a clear grown-up note, and the Start Here guide lists them all up front. Adults are responsible for supervising activities and for judging what’s suitable for their own children.

9. Liability, in plain terms

We work hard to make sure every file is complete, correct, and print-ready, and §4 covers you if one isn’t. Beyond that:

• The product is provided as described on the store page; we don’t promise any particular outcome from doing the activities — they’re for family fun.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
